1. Who we are

SwipeDFS is operated by Skolara. We build tools to help daily fantasy sports players make faster, smarter lineup decisions. SwipeDFS is an independent lineup suggestion tool — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with DraftKings or any other DFS platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Swipe data — which players you like or skip on each slate, used to generate your lineup.
• Generated lineups — lineups we build for you, including player selections, salary, and projections.
• Subscription data — if you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — standard server logs (page visits, API calls) used for debugging and improving the service.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To generate personalized DFS lineups based on your swipes.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, password reset) via Resend.
• To improve projections and lineup quality over time.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate SwipeDFS:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Swipe history and generated lineups are retained to power lineup history features. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies for authentication sessions only. We use browser local storage to track swipe session state (e.g., which session pool you are on for a given slate). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Children

SwipeDFS is not intended for users under 18 years of age. Daily fantasy sports involve real-money contests and are subject to age restrictions that vary by jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that DFS is legal in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of SwipeDFS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
