1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SwipeDFS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. SwipeDFS is operated by Skolara.

2. What SwipeDFS is

SwipeDFS is a lineup suggestion tool for daily fantasy sports. It generates recommended DraftKings lineups based on your player preferences and our projection models.

SwipeDFS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with DraftKings or any other DFS platform. Lineups generated by SwipeDFS must be entered manually by you on DraftKings. SwipeDFS does not submit entries on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwipeDFS. Daily fantasy sports are not legal in all jurisdictions. By using this service, you confirm that DFS contests are legal where you live and that you meet all applicable age requirements. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction.

4. No guarantee of results

Lineup projections and suggestions provided by SwipeDFS are estimates based on historical statistics and modeling — they are not guarantees of performance. DFS involves risk. You may lose money. SwipeDFS is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of lineups generated by this service.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions and billing

SwipeDFS offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected].

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract data from SwipeDFS in bulk.
• Use SwipeDFS to build competing products or services without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, projection models, and code within SwipeDFS are owned by Skolara. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. Lineup outputs generated for you are yours to use personally.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

SwipeDFS is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projections will be accurate. Player availability, injury status, and game conditions can change rapidly and may not be reflected in real time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skolara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including DFS contest losses — arising from your use of SwipeDFS. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of SwipeDFS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
